Hi there!
Nice to e-meet you. I'm Maria!
I have been in the wellness industry since I was just a baby!
Seriously- I attended personal training school at 18 and massage school at 19. I have had my own massage and wellness practice since 2008 and currently, I own Heal. in Altamonte Springs.
Over the years, I have gathered thousands of hours in both education and experience so that I can be of the most service. Sharing this work lights my soul up.
I am originally from Michigan where I have 7 amazing nieces and nephews (plus most of our family).
I have 3 adorable furbabies together. Two dogs (mini-weenie and black lab) and a cat.
A few of my other favorite hobbies include:
-Reading
-Writing
-Learning new things
-Painting
-Hiking
-Traveling
-Long walks on the beach or in the woods or, even around the block
-Live music
-Laughing
Random Fact about me: Once upon a time I made it to round 2 of the Real World.
